The Varier Rocker Chair
The idea
The Varier rocker chair range has special rockers attached at the bottom which allows you to effortlessly move during sitting. Traditional rocking chairs have been around for over 200 years. More recently however, this design has been radically updated to incorporate the key principles of 21st century ergonomics. More (toggle)
The benefits
There is growing research to suggest that gently rocking on a seat can help people in a number of different ways including:
- Providing a gentle form of exercise
- Helping with relaxation
- Improving circulation
